BASF Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 Filament Features
Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 filament is high-temperature polyamide filled with 15% carbon fibers for the manufacture of fused filaments. It is a high-performance 3D printing filament that opens up new fields of application in FFF printing
It stands out for its advanced mechanical properties, dimensional stability and chemical resistance. It has very good processability. It works in any FFF printer with 0.6 mm diameter hardened nozzle.
It is compatible with HiPS and water soluble support material, which allow printing complex geometries that work in challenging environments. PAHT CF15 has high heat resistance up to 130°C and low moisture absorption.
Nozzle temperature: 260 - 280 ºC and bed temperature between 100 and 120 ºC. With a printing speed of 30 - 80 mm/s.
Recommendations for Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 filaments
In addition to the above mentioned hardened nozzle, it should be stored between 15 and 25 ° C in its originally sealed package in a clean and dry place. If the recommended storage conditions are observed, the products will have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
