Characteristics of adhesive Magigoo HT 50 ml

When higher mechanical and chemical stabildy printing results are required at high temperatures, professionals often use PEEK, Ultem, PEKK materials in their FDM printing,PPSU and its counterparts reinforced with carbon fibre / glass that are advanced thermoplastics compared to conventional thermoplastics. Normally used in high temperature and high performance engineering applications, such as automotive and aerospace industries or in areas of chemistry, petrochemicals, medicine and research. Since these materials are usually printed at high temperatures, a glue is required to support these circumstances and for this purpose. Magigoo HT is the solution with the special properties that refer to this type of high temperature materials.

Compatible for working with beds up to 150o C temperature. .

Due to its high adhesion exclusively for PEEK filaments, it is not advisable to use it with other filaments because it would provide excessive adhesion and damage to the print surface.

How to apply Magigoo HT 50 ml is as simple as following these steps:

• Shake the boat and press the tip against the 3D printing surface.
  
  
• Spread the adhesive evenly over the printing area with a thin layer.
  
  
• And once the printing piece is finished and cold, remove it with a slight pressure and clean the surface with a cloth wet in water.
