BASF Ultrafuse ASA Filament Features

ASA acrylonitrile styrene acrylate, and is part of the ABS family and is ideal for outdoor use due to its properties such as UV resistance and high hardness.

This high-performance thermoplastic offers additional benefits to ABS by providing greater rigidity, mechanical and heat resistance and good antistatic properties.

It offers the opportunity to 3D print accessories, spare parts and does not lose benefits or color.

It is recommended that it be stored in a dry place at a temperature of 15 - 25ºC (59 - 77ºF)

BASF ASA is available in natural color and for nozzle diameters of 1.75 and 2.85 mm.

Nozzle temperature of 260 - 280 ºC and hot bed of 100 - 120 ºC. With a printing speed of 30 - 60 mm/s
