Main features of Support filament from Smart Materials
Support filament from Smart Materials is a limonene soluble support material. Limonene (D-Limonene) is a natural, biodegradable solvent substance extracted from the oil residing in citrus peel. It is a thick, oily liquid that dilutes the support material when the part is immersed in it. The support material disappears 3 times faster than with other support materials.
It has no warping and is compatible with a multitude of materials. It is not affected by humidity so it does not lose its properties.
The printing temperature ranges between 220 - 240º C and the bed temperature between 50 - 100º C.
