    Polycarbonate is a thermoplastic filament with very high impact resistance and high stiffness. It also has a high resistance to thermal deformation and very good dimensional stability. Product specially designed and modified for 3D printing, with very low shrinkage

    It has very high impact resistance and rigidity. It is also resistant to thermal deformation and has very good chemical insulation properties.

    The printing temperature ranges between 250 - 270º C.

    Recommendations for use with Polycarbonate Smart Materials

    This material requires demanding printing conditions, depending on the printer may require an extruder capable of reaching 270 ° C and a hot bed of 1100 ° C.

    It is also advisable to dry the material before using it in a 3D printer. Once the printing is finished, it is necessary to clean the nozzle by removing excess material to avoid clogging and unwanted defects. If several materials are used, it is advisable to have a nozzle for each material to avoid being mixed.

    Keep in a dry and dark place. For optimal use, it is advisable to use a preheating and dehumidification system in the machine.
