    PolyMax PC filaments Polymaker

Polymaker is positioned as one of the most recognized international brands in the industry that develops, produces and markets high-value materials for 3D printing. In the manufacture of filaments, Polymaker creates families according to the different materials being PolyMax the most advanced filaments produced with the nano-reinforcing technology of Polymaker, to offer exceptional mechanical properties and print quality.

Main features of PolyMax PC filaments from Polymaker

PC filament is produced using a polycarbonate resin designed specifically for 3D printing. It offers good stiffness and heat resistance with light diffusion properties.

Compatible with any 3D printer, easy to use

PolyMax from Polymaker is an advanced filament with nano-reinforcement. This technology is applied to produce filaments with excellent mechanical properties and print quality. It drastically improves the toughness of the material by increasing its impact resistance.

    The nozzle temperature from 250 - 270º C and the bed temperature from 90 - 105º C. It has a printing speed of 30 - 50 mm/s.

When printing with PolyMax PC, it is recommended to use a heated housing and chamber. In addition, it is advisable to anneal the printed part immediately after the printing process to release residual internal stress. These annealing settings are 90 ° C for 6 h.
