Characteristics of bar adhesive Dimafix

We highlight your stick format, very comfortable to apply in hot bed construction panels.

It has to be in beds over 60oC to be effective. It allows the adhesions to retreat very easily and is completely water-soluble.

You can use it more than 100 times and it does not contain gas, which is better for transport.

If the temperature of the construction panel is between 60 and 75o C the adhesion is medium for simple geometries. If it is between 75 and 95o C the adhesion will be high including more complex geometries and long lasting impressions. If it is superior to 95o C the adhesion is very high in quite complex geometries and very long impressions.

Suitable for all types of materials, especially in ABS filaments.

How to useDimafix sticker?

How to applystick in bar DimafixIt's very simple. Pick it up before use. Check that the temperature of the printing panel is less than 50o X and apply the adhesive on the bed. Wait for it to dry while the bed warms at print temperature above 65o C. Print and when finished, wait for it to cool down to remove the model.
