The CR-Touch Kit is equipped with a metal probe that reduces wear and significantly prolongs its lifetime.

Its operation is automatic. Once installed on your 3D printer, the probe touches the print bed, the photoelectric sensor on the plate detects the contact signal and the system registers the current build height. Only applies to 3D printers with a 4.2.2 / 4.2.7 32-bit motherboard

The system creates a virtual plane based on the elevation of each point and calculates the tilt angle between the nozzle and the platform to automatically compensate for the different points.

The level sensor can be used on the following printing platform surfaces: PEI, glass, metal, magnetic panels and carborundum glass.
