Features of BASF Ultrafuse PP GF30 filament
PP GF30 is polypropylene reinforced with 30% glass fiber content. The fibers of this compound are specially designed for 3D printing filaments and FFF 3D printers
Its characteristics are extreme stiffness, high heat resistance, high resistance to chemicals and UV rays. These properties make this filament ideal for demanding industrial applications.
A nozzle temperature of between 220 - 240 °C and a nozzle diameter of ≥ 0.6 mm is recommended.
It has a high 3D printing speed between 40 - 80 mm/s
